Smith's Vacation Cottages

Once again we do have availability starting in May.  We are located on Clarks Hill Lake on the South Carolina side in the town of Modoc.Our two cottages were being used for long term rentals but are now once again available for weekly or nightly stays.Both cottages have gas grills and large porches.  We have our own catfish pond where you can fish without a license.Rates are $100.00 per night or $500.00 for a week.  We do not accept credit cards.In addition to our cottages in Modoc we do rent vacation units at several luxury resorts especially Myrtle Beach.  For our specials please click on our Vacation Specials page.

The Lake level has come up again and we now have two sections of our boat dock complete.

We are located just 1/2 mile from the Gilchrist Ferry Rd boat ramp. The cottages have two bedrooms and 2 baths. We do require a 2 night minimum and we do not allow pets or smoking in the cottages. To see what the cottages look like please view the cottages link on this website.
