New Picnic Pavillion 

In 2009 we have added a picnic pavillion.  This is located next to the fishing pond and is available for group fish fries or picnics.  A small charge of $50.00 is charged for this use to pay for set up and clean-up.  This rate applies to cottage guests only.  The pavillion is available for other groups and you can inquire for rates.

    Construction Notice 

    Construction on  Gilchrist Ferry Road has continued through 2009.  For much of the year the boat launch ramp has been closed.  We are hopeful the ramp will be open early in the Spring.  The ramp has been enlarged and a new larger beautiful courtesy dock has been installed.  Public restrooms next to the enlarged parking lot are also under construction.  When the road is finished an oxygenation plant is going to be installed beyond the boat launch area.  This will put more oxygen in the water and will make the fishing near Gilchrist Ferry Road the best on the lake.
