Smith's Vacation Cottages

 We are very sorry to have to set some limits as to the number of guests that can occupy a cottage.  Safety and Insurance requirements also dictate that we impose a few other restrictions.  We hope you have a fun and safe vacation.

Restrictions:

1)      No smoking or pets are allowed in the cottages.

2)      Robert’s Roost and Rita’s Retreat can sleep 5.  No overnight guests can exceed this number unless permission is given by management.  Daytime Guests cannot exceed double the number of night time guests.  If you have paid for 4 guests than you cannot have more than an additional number of  4 daytime visitors.  Each overnight guest exceeding 4 is billed at $10.00 per night.  Babies under 1 year of age are not included in the count.

3)       We are sorry for having to impose these limits but we have frequently had guests check in and tell us that only 2 or 4 people would be staying and then there would be a crowd of 15 or more partying into the wee hours.

4)       Children cannot be around the pond without ADULT supervision.

5)       Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m.  ALL daytime visitors must be gone by 11:00.

6)       We are located in the middle of Sumter National Forest.   NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED  EVER!!!

7)      No one can drive the golf carts without a driver’s license

8)      Anyone violating these restrictions will be asked to leave the premises and there will be no refunds.

9)      Only registered guests are permited to fish in our private pond.
